Nearby places are determined by your device location via Apple Maps. If it looks off, verify Location Services are enabled in iOS Settings.
Restaurant details come from Apple Maps. If business information is incorrect, it can be corrected through Apple's business information process.

Open Settings ▸ Restore Purchase in the app. That asks Apple to re-check your Apple ID and unlocks Premium again. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with — that's the usual cause. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
